a game with stakes, on a v4 hook · $DOMINO

One shared queue of dominoes lives inside a Uniswap v4 hook. Buying fills your hand. Placing slams one down at the end. Selling knocks them over, newest first, and the wave stops at the first gap, no matter how big the sell is. Same rush, same block: you earn together and you fall together.

Four moves, zero formulas

everything here is an integer you can count

Buy

Buying $DOMINO on the pool fills your hand: an average swap is worth four dominoes. A hand is a right to place, nothing more. It earns nothing while you sit on it.

Place

The only real decision. Your domino slams down at the end with a stake on it. Place within 120 seconds of the last one and you are glued to the block. Wait longer and you stand alone.

Sell

Every sell is a wave: it knocks dominoes over from the end, newest first. The size of the sell decides how deep it goes. Knocked over: your stake comes back, minus 10%.

Lie down

Leave on your own terms: full stake back after 12 h, zero breakage. But your spot becomes a gap, and your block is cut in two. Everyone behind you is protected. Everyone's share is halved.

The block pays, the block falls

your share = your stake × your block's length

Being together is the whole game

Your cut of every trading fee is your stake times the length of your block. A small player inside a block of 187 beats a whale standing alone. Every person who slams down behind you raises your number, live.

The gap stops everything

A wave of a thousand facing a tail block of three knocks over exactly three. It never jumps the gap. A gap is the only shelter in the game, it is free to make, and it costs exactly what it protects: it cuts the block that made everyone rich.

Your own number

At all times you can read: how many dominoes stand between you and the end, and exactly how big a sell must be to reach you. Not a probability. A threshold, in plain units, compared to what you see trade every day.

The pot pays the fallen

this is the twist. read it twice

Fall big, get paid

30% of every fee piles into a locked pot. It opens one way only: when a single sell knocks over a chain longer than the record. Then it is shared among the people who just fell, weighted by stake × time standing.

The seller who triggers it gets nothing special. Selling on people pays the people you sell on.

The countdown is people

Record 23. Tail block 17. Missing: 7. Not a date, not a curve: seven more people slamming down within reach of each other. The pot grows during the quiet, and a big pot buys exactly the rush that builds a record chain.

After each record: the record rises, and the reach shrinks by 15%. Every round demands a denser rush than the last.

Symmetric by construction: buying and selling pay the same at every tier, and no code path tests the direction of a swap. The hook can never revoke a swap, never pause, never blacklist. No owner, no proxy, no keys.

The honest part

read this once

There is no outside revenue. Every payout comes from fees other players paid, minus what is burned. This is a game with stakes on a trading pool, and what a domino collects can be zero.

There is no randomness anywhere. No oracle, no dice roll, no draw. Every fall is caused by a signed, public sell of a known size, and the exact length of the exposed block is public at every second. The queue falls. That is the principle, not a flaw.

This protocol stages exactly what thin markets do. People pile in during a rush, stand exposed together, and one big sell knocks them over in reverse order of arrival. Here it is drawn before it happens, live, instead of on a chart after.

A chain only counts
once it falls.
